شروط وأحكام المشتريات:

1- إختيار المنتج من قبل العميل ودفع المبلغ كامل وفي حال إلغاء قبل الاستلام لاي سبب كان يعطي قسيمة مشتريات بالمبلغ كامل .

2- يتم فحص المنتج من قبل موظفين متخصصين قبل إرسالها للعميل حسب مواصفات سنة التصنيع .

3- في حال عدم رغبة العميل بالمنتج لأي سبب من الأسباب يتحمل مصاريف الشحن المحلي والدولي وأي مصاريف تترتب على ذلك ويعطي قسيمة مشتريات بالمبلغ المتبقي.

4- يلتزم العميل بالتعامل مع موظف مبيعات واحد وذلك لتسهيل سير الطلب.

5- جميع المنتجات المتوفرة يتم شحنها خلال 10 أيام عمل . 6- جميع المنتجات الغير متوفرة يتم تصنيعها خلال 60 يوم عمل .

7- تتوفر خدمة الصيانة ما بعد البيع .

8- تتوفر لدينا خدمة تابي وفي حال استخدام الخدمة لا يتم الغائها لأي سبب إن كان .

9- يتوفر لدينا خدمة الشحن السريع لجميع أنحاء العالم برسوم إضافية.

10- العربون لايرد .

Terms & Conditions

1. Customers are required to pay the full purchase amount upon placing an order. If the order is canceled before delivery for any reason, the paid amount will be issued as an MM8 Store Credit for future purchases.
2. Every product undergoes a thorough inspection by our specialized quality control team prior to shipment, ensuring it meets the quality standards corresponding to its production year.
3. If the customer chooses to return or decline the product for any reason, they will be responsible for all applicable local and international shipping charges, as well as any additional costs incurred. The remaining balance will be issued as MM8 Store Credit.
4. To ensure a smooth and efficient purchasing experience, customers are kindly requested to communicate with one dedicated sales representative throughout the order process.
5. All in-stock items are dispatched within 10 business days.
6. Made-to-order or out-of-stock items require up to 60 business days for production.
7. After-sales maintenance and repair services are available.
8. Orders placed using Tabby cannot be canceled once the payment plan has been processed.
9. Express worldwide shipping is available upon request for an additional charge.
10. Deposits are non-refundable.
